Notes: Specimens from Vietnam identified as C. niuensis by Schileyko (1998, 2001) are C. doriae, specimens from Vietnam identified as C. japonicus by Schileyko (1998, 2001) are C. doriae, specimens from Vietnam identified as C. audax by Schileyko (1992) are C. doriae.
