Notes: Taxonomic status uncertain. Verhoeff (1937 - Archiv fur Naturgeschichte N.F., 6: 229) described Lithobius mucronatus as good species but in the key published in the same paper (p. 210) this taxon is quoted as subspecies of Lithobius muticus C.L. Koch, 1847
