Notes: After being transferred to the genus Scolopendra, the name occidentalis Attems, 1909 became a junior secondary homonym of S. occidentalis L. 1758 and of S. occidentalis Meinert 1886. Arthrtorhabdus luteus Attems, 1928 is the oldest syonym available for the name replacement, thus giving the combination Scolopendra lutea (Attems, 1928).
