Notes: Attems (1930: 73) gave Cormocephalus pallipes as a junior synonym of C. aurantiipes (Newport, 1844) but also (Attems, 1930: 106) as an inadequately described species. L. E. Koch (1983: 828) regarded it as a junior synonym of C. westwoodi.
