Notes: Attems stated “Kraepelin, 1908, Fauna S. W. Australia, p, 106 records a Cryptops australis. This seems to be a variety of the first described form, and I have called it variety kraepelini.” Cryptops australis var. kraepelini is not listed in Attems (1930 - Tierreich 54).
